Dried tangerine peel 1 qian, Pinellia 1 qian (stir-fried in sesame oil), Poria 1 qian, Atractylodes 1 qian (soaked in rice water, then stir-fried), Ligusticum 6 fen, Dried ginger 5 fen (stir-fried until black), Cyperus 1 qian (stir-fried in a child’s urine), Shenqu 1 qian (stir-fried), Coptis 1 qian (stir-fried in ginger juice), Gardenia 1 qian (stir-fried in ginger juice), Licorice 3 fen.
