Chinese Name : 逡巡酒
Drug Formulation
3 liang 3 qian of peach blossoms (harvested on the 3rd day of the 3rd month), 5 liang 5 qian of horse-tail flowers (harvested on the 5th day of the 5th month), 6 liang 6 qian of sesame flowers (harvested on the 6th day of the 6th month), and 9 liang 9 qian of yellow chrysanthemum flowers (harvested on the 9th day of the 9th month).

Processing
Dry each ingredient in the shade; on the 8th day of the 12th month, take 3 dou of wax water. Wait until the Spring Equinox to gather 49 good peach kernels (with skins and tips removed) and 10 jin of fine white flour. Mix these with the aforementioned flowers to make a dough, wrap in paper, and let ferment for 49 days.

Instructions for Use
Use 1 sheng of glutinous rice, 1 bottle of plain water, 1 ball of malt, and 1 piece of wheat flour; seal and let sit for a long time until ready. If the taste is too bland, add another ball of malt.
