4 liang of pork liver (with sinews and membranes removed), 1 liang of Wu-ti (pounded into a powder).

Instructions for Use

Slice the pork liver thinly, mix with the ground Wu-yi powder until evenly blended, coat with wheat gluten, then wrap in 3–5 layers of damp paper. Simmer over low heat until cooked through, remove the wheat gluten, and consume on an empty stomach.
