Chinese Name : 补真断下丸

Drug Formulation

Calcined Yangqishi, Asarum (leaves removed), calcined Red Ocher, Sichuan Pepper (seeds and tips removed, stir-fried until sweating), Nutmeg (wrapped in flour and slow-roasted), white alum (dried), Dried Ginger (roasted and washed), and Aconite (roasted, skin and navel removed)—half liang each; Sulfur 3 liang (ground separately; one formula adds stalactite powder).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from thin vinegar and wheat flour to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with rice water on an empty stomach.
