Drug Formulation

2 liang of Red Earth Root, 2 liang of Donkey-hide Gelatin (roasted until dry), 2 liang of Red Ocher, 1.5 liang of Chinese Angelica (sliced, roasted), 1.5 liang of Dried Ginger (roasted), 1 liang of Sanguisorba (roasted, coarsely chopped), 1 liang of Madder Root, 0.5 liang of Wood Fragrance, 3 liang of Coptis (stems removed, stir-fried).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Add 1 liang of the powder to 2 sheng of rice vinegar and simmer together until it forms a paste. Roll into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 20 pills each time, washed down with warm rice water before meals.
