Drug Formulation
1 jin 4 liang of sesame oil, 1 liang of Xanthium root, 5 qian of Eupatorium, 1 liang of Asparagus root, 1 liang of Ophiopogon tuber, 1 liang of Cnidium fruit, 1 liang of Polygala root (without the core), 1 liang of Cuscuta seed, 1 liang of raw Rehmannia root, 1 liang of prepared Rehmannia root, 1 liang of Achyranthes root (without the rhizome),1 liang of nutmeg, 1 liang of tiger bone, 1 liang of Dipsacus asper, 1 liang of deer antler, 1 liang of purple-stemmed flower, 6 qian of Trichosanthes kirilowii (shell removed), 6 qian of Cistanche deserticola, 6 qian of Cinnamomum cassia, 6 qian of Aconitum carmichaeli, 8 liang of orpiment, 2 liang of pine tar, 2 qian of sulfur, 2 qian of cinnabar (calcined), 2 qian of dragon bone (calcined),2 qian of Wood Fragrance, 4 qian of Yangqi Stone, 4 qian of Frankincense, 4 qian of Myrrh, 4 qian of Cloves, 4 qian of Agarwood, 1 qian of Musk, and 6 qian of Beeswax.

Processing
First, simmer Xanthium herb in sesame oil until it comes to a rolling boil several times. Then add the 14 herbs following Xanthium herb and simmer until the mixture turns black. Next, add the four herbs including Wood Turtle Seed and simmer briefly until all the herbs are charred black and withered.strain out the herbs, and bring the oil back to a boil. Only then add the two ingredients—Orpiment and Pine Tar—stirring continuously with a locust twig until a drop of water forms a bead. At this point, add the 10 ingredients starting with Sulfur, ground into a fine powder, and mix thoroughly. Add the beeswax, pour the mixture into a jar, seal it tightly, and soak it in well water for 7 days.

Instructions for Use
For each medicated plaster, use one square of red satin and 3 qian of the mixture. Apply one to the navel, and two more to the waist points (one qian per plaster). Men should apply them to the Dantian below the navel; women should apply them above and below the navel.
