1 liang of black tin, 1 liang of sulfur, 1 liang of mercury, 1 liang of iron powder, 30 pieces of gold leaf, and 30 pieces of silver leaf.

Processing

First, melt the tin in an iron cauldron; next, add the mercury, stirring constantly until evenly mixed; then add the sulfur and the other ingredients, stir-fry and mix thoroughly, remove from the heat and continue stir-frying for a long time; pour everything out onto paper laid on the ground and let it sit overnight to remove the fire toxicity; then grind it into a fine, uniform powder; use cooked, soft millet rice to form pills the size of mung beans.
