16 Gardenia fruits, 4 liang of gypsum, 1 liang of fragrant fermented soybeans (wrapped in cotton).

Benefits
For cases of typhoid fever where the condition recurs as before, accompanied by spontaneous sweating, a floating and slippery pulse, and severe restlessness.
Instructions for Use
Add 3 sheng of water; first boil the first two ingredients until reduced to 2.5 sheng, then add the fermented soybeans and boil until reduced to 1.5 sheng. Strain and drink 1 zhan while warm; alternatively, after the decoction is ready, add 2–7 pieces of male mouse feces (ground into powder).
