Drug Formulation

1 fen of Wood Fragrance, 1 qian of Frankincense (ground separately), 1 qian of Myrrh (ground separately), 2 cardamom pods (wrapped in flour and roasted).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 qian per dose. Take 1 large dried jujube, remove the pit, and first place half a qian of the powdered medicine into the jujube flesh. Next, add half a croton seed soaked in water, then add another half qian of the powdered medicine to bind it together. Wrap the mixture in an oil cake dough to a thickness of one finger, and bake over a fire until the dough is cooked through. Remove the dough and discard the croton seed; simply chew the jujube and medicine mixture thoroughly and swallow it with rice water before a meal.
