Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.
Benefits
For umbilical abscesses where the navel is neither painful nor swollen but intensely itchy, with occasional discharge of yellow fluid that spreads to form patches; for damp-heat flowing and accumulating, yellow-fluid sores, and all types of warm-toxin sores.
Instructions for Use
Sprinkle the powder directly onto the navel; to treat tinea, mix with suhe oil and apply topically.
Note
Avoid alcohol, wheat products, raw and cold foods, fruits, and vegetables.
