Atractylodes lancea 4 liang (soaked in rice wash), Ginseng 2 liang, Eucommia ulmoides (stir-fried in sesame oil) 4 liang, Cuscuta chinensis (stir-fried in sesame oil) 4 liang, Dioscorea opposita 3 liang, Poria cocos 4 liang, Paeonia lactiflora 4 liang, Walnut kernels 4 liang.
