Drug Formulation

Astragalus (crushed, roasted with honey water, and coarsely ground) half liang; Licorice (roasted and coarsely ground) 2 qian; Poria (black skin removed) 1 liang; Ginseng (root base removed) 1 liang; Lotus Seed (core removed, stir-fried) 1 liang.

Instructions for Use

Take half liang per dose; add half a zhan of water and one large jujube; decoct until it boils 3–5 times; adjust the amount according to the child’s age and take while warm.
