Drug Formulation

2 qian of ox bile, 2 qian of musk, 4 qian of gallstone alum, 5 qian of alum.

Grind the above ingredients into a powder and mix with sesame oil.

Severe leprosy.

Instructions for Use

If the upper body is severely affected, apply 2 fen to the palms and 1 fen to the soles; if the lower body is severely affected, apply the opposite amounts. Apply evenly four times per session. After 3–4 days, foul-smelling black fluid will be expelled.On days 2–7, take one rooster weighing approximately 1.5 jin, cook it, and eat it mixed with soy sauce; use the broth to cook rice. On days 3–7, prepare a decoction of Fangfeng, Jingjie, Cangzhu, Shihu, Shechuang, Qianghuo, and Bai Zhi to bathe in. On days 4–7, take half a sheng of Wax Alum Pills; the illness will be cured.

Note

On the 7th day, avoid salt and meat.
