Chinese Name : 化虫丸
Drug Formulation
3 qian of rhubarb, 3 qian of areca nut, 2 liang of black cowhage (ground into a fine powder), 5 qian of tin ash, 5 qian of thunder pill, 5 qian of frankincense, 5 qian of evodia fruit, and 4 qian of wild fennel.

Form into pills the size of mustard seeds using scallion broth.

For men, women, and children who have long suffered from ascaris-induced chest constriction, as well as various worms such as the “cunbai,” and who have a habit of eating tea, rice, mud, or charcoal; who exhibit a sallow complexion and emaciation; whose pain subsides but symptoms persist, making the condition difficult to cure over a long period.
Instructions for Use
Take 3 qian or 2 qian per dose, adjusting the amount according to the patient’s condition; for children, take 1 qian or 5 fen, adjusting the dose based on the child’s size. Choose a clear, sunny morning at porridge time; do not eat beforehand. When you feel particularly hungry, swallow the pills with sugar water.
Note
Avoid meat for 3 days.
