Northern Bupleurum 1 liang, Coptis 7 qian, Zhi Shi 1.5 liang, Wood Fragrance 1.5 liang, Green Tangerine Peel 1.5 liang, Nine-ribbed Turtle Shell (vinegar-roasted) 1 liang, Large Toad (dried) 1 (roasted until charred), Green Straw (dried) 7 qian.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one wild boar’s stomach (weighing 1.5 jin, with fat removed), fill it with the powdered mixture, steam it in a willow-wood steamer, then pound the contents together to form pills the size of a sesame seed.
