Drug Formulation
Half a liang of sulfur, half a liang of white alum (dried), half a liang of realgar (pure white; grind each separately to a fine powder), half a liang of dried scorpion, half a liang of fennel, half a liang of cinnamon, half a liang of wood fragrant, half a liang of Sichuan melia fruit (fried with wheat bran, hulls removed), half a liang of fenugreek, half a liang of black pepper, half a liang of broken paper, and 1 liang of black aconite.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a marble, and coat them with cinnabar.

Instructions for Use
Take one pill per dose on an empty stomach, dissolved in wine mixed with burnt cotton ash; take while warm for immediate relief. In acute cases, take regardless of the time of day.

New mothers must not take this remedy.
