Drug Formulation

1 liang of large Pinellia (chopped into pieces the size of chess pieces; boil with 1 liang of sliced fresh ginger and 1 liang of coarsely chopped Sichuan Magnolia Bark in 3 sheng of water until the Pinellia is fully cooked; remove the ginger and Magnolia Bark, retaining only the Pinellia, which should then be sliced and roasted), half a liang of white Poria, 2.5 qian of Wood Fragrance, 2.5 qian of Ginseng, 2.5 qian of Gastrodia, and 7 whole scorpions (roasted).
