Lotus node, decayed palm fiber, male hair, herb ash, cattail pollen, Chinese schizonepeta, Chinese arborvitae, ginger ash, ramie, and reed root—each in equal parts.

Roast each ingredient until charred, then grind into a fine powder and mix thoroughly.
