For various types of accumulation in children.

Instructions for Use

Each pill weighs 1 qian. Take 3 seeds of croton (remove the shell, membrane, and core; retain the oil; and finely chop), place them in a mortar with a very fine pestle, mix thoroughly with the aforementioned powdered ingredients, and form into pills the size of a sesame seed using a paste made from flour boiled with vinegar.Take 15–25 pills per dose, or 35 pills, on an empty stomach at the beginning of the fifth watch, washed down with light ginger tea. If bowel movements occur 3–5 times, discontinue use; if qi is balanced and the formula ceases to be effective, stop supplementation. For regular use to aid the spleen in transforming stagnation, improve appetite, and relieve fullness, take 3–5 pills before bedtime with clear broth or warm wine. Each batch should consist of 3 qian of the pill mixture and 9 whole castor beans; do not prepare more than this amount, as prolonged storage will cause the flavor to deteriorate, resulting in delayed efficacy.
