Purple-backed Tiankui 1 liang and a half, Sargassum 1 liang, Kelp 1 liang, Laminaria 1 liang, Fritillaria 1 liang, Platycodon 1 liang, Cuttlefish bone 5 qian.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with wine paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
