Drug Formulation
Xianmao (soaked in wine, rinsed) 4 liang, Cornus officinalis (steamed in wine, pitted) 2 liang, White Polygonum multiflorum (processed together with Red Polygonum multiflorum) 4 liang, Smilax glabra (washed with wine) 2 liang, Red Polygonum multiflorum (soaked and rinsed in rice washing water, pounded into pieces the size of jujube pits, steamed with black beans for 3 days until very dark) 4 liang,Psoralea (wine-roasted) 2 liang, Polygonatum (wine-steamed) 4 liang, Da Huai Raw Rehmannia (washed with wine, snapped into pieces, and sun-dried) 2 liang, Da Huai Prepared Rehmannia (soaked and washed with wine; placed in a bowl inside a clay pot and steamed for 1 day until very black; snapped into pieces and sun-dried) 2 liang,Cucurbita pepo seeds 2 liang, Huai yam 2 liang, sweet goji berries 2 liang, Asparagus root (soaked in water, core removed) 2 liang, Ophiopogon root (soaked in water, core removed) 2 liang, Poria cocos (peeled, soaked in human milk, sun-dried three times) 2 liang, Liaoning schisandra berries 2 liang, fennel seeds (stir-fried with salt and wine) 2 liang,Raspberry (2 liang), Selected Ginseng (2 liang), Tender Deer Antler (roasted with butter) (2 liang), Huai Achyranthes (stem removed, washed with wine) (2 liang), Cypress Seed Kernel (2 liang), Rock Salt (2 liang), Sichuan Eucommia (peeled, stir-fried with wine) (2 liang), Angelica Root (washed with wine) (2 liang), Sichuan Morinda (soaked in water, core removed) (1 liang),Dodder Seeds (washed with wine, placed in an earthenware pot, simmered in wine until soft, pounded into cakes, and sun-dried) 2 liang, Cistanche (washed with wine) 2 liang, Sichuan Pepper (seeds removed, lightly stir-fried) 1 liang, Polygala (soaked in licorice water, core removed) 2 liang, Cistanche tubulosa (roasted with butter) 3 liang.

Processing
Carefully prepare the above herbs, weigh and mix them together, pound them into a cake in a stone mortar, dry in the sun, grind into a fine powder, and mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
