Drug Formulation

Frankincense (ground) 1 liang, Musk (ground) half a liang, Gastrodia half a liang, Myrrh 1 liang (ground), Sanguisorba 1 liang, Scrophularia 1 liang, Aconite (raw, peeled and pitted) 1 liang, Melon seeds 1 liang, Ephedra (with roots and nodes removed) 2 liang.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; simmer with 1 sheng of wine over low heat until it becomes a paste; mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Take 30 pills at a time, washed down with warm Jingjie Decoction, regardless of the time of day.
