Instructions for Use

Boil 1 dou of water; first boil Ephedra, skim off the foam, then add the remaining herbs. Boil until reduced to 3 sheng. A robust person should take 1 sheng; for the frail, reduce the dose. Take three times daily. Children should take 4 he.
