7 green sheep gallbladders, 7 green fish gallbladders, 7 carp gallbladders, 1 fen of bear bile, 5 qian of ox bile, a small amount of musk, 1 liang of oyster shell.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using wheat flour paste.
