Drug Formulation
8 liang of Prepared Rehmannia, 4 liang of Chinese Yam (stir-fried), 4 liang of Jujube Peel (steamed with vinegar), 1 liang 2 qian of Alisma (soaked in salt water), 3 liang of Poria, 3 liang of Psoralea (stir-fried with wine), 4 liang of Cuscuta (rinsed to remove sand and mud, steamed with wine), 2 liang of Schisandra (lightly stir-fried), 4 liang of Cinnamon Bark, 4–5 liang of Aconite Root.

Processing
First, pound the Rehmannia and jujube peel into a paste. Then, grind the remaining herbs into a fine powder, mix with the Chinese yam to form a paste, and shape into pills.
