Ephedra (with roots and nodes removed) 1 fen, Notopterygium 1 fen, Aster 1 fen, Fritillaria (with core removed) 1 fen, Saposhnikovia (with branches removed) 1 fen, Platycodon 1 fen, Chrysanthemum 1 fen, Ligusticum 1 fen, Angelica pubescens 1 fen, Ligusticum chuanxiong 1 fen, Licorice 3 zhu.

Instructions for Use

Take 2 qian 8 fen per dose; boil with 1 zhan of water until reduced to 7 fen; strain and drink after meals. If the large intestine is not constipated, one may take 3–5 mouthfuls at irregular intervals; do not take it indiscriminately or exceed the prescribed dose; adjust the dosage according to the condition of the internal organs.
