Atractylodes macrocephala 2 liang, Tangerine Peel 2 liang, Green Tangerine Peel 2 liang, Cyperus rotundus (soaked in wine, stir-fried) 2 liang, Perilla Seed 2 liang, Zhi Shi (stir-fried with wheat bran) 1 liang,Hawthorn 1 liang, Shenqu 1 liang, Barley Malt 1 liang, Radish Seeds 1 liang, Poria 1 liang, Apricot Kernels (ground separately) 1 liang, Southern Star Anise 4 liang, Pinellia 4 liang, Ginger (sliced) 4 liang, Soapberry 2 liang, White Alum 2 liang (boiled thoroughly in water, baked, and ground into powder).

Processing

Grind the above 12 ingredients, including the almonds, into a fine powder; mix thoroughly with the powdered Pinellia ternata and Pinellia tuber; then use ginger juice and bamboo sap to cook into a paste, forming pills the size of a tung tree seed.
