Instructions for Use

Take 1 daqian per dose, add 2 slices of donkey-hide gelatin, 5 slices of fresh ginger, and 5 stalks of scallion whites. Simmer in 1 dazhan of water until reduced to 6 fen, strain out the residue, add a small amount of honey, and drink warm on an empty stomach. Next, take 10 stalks of scallion whites, grind them into a paste, and apply it to the center of the navel. Immediately afterward, dip a hand towel in the scallion broth and apply warm compresses from the area between the kidneys and the waist down to the lower abdomen. After a short while, when gas is released, bowel movement will follow.
