Drug Formulation

Sargassum (washed to remove salt, then dried) 1 liang, Corydalis (stir-fried until charred) 1 liang, Poria (black skin removed) 1 liang, Forsythia 1 liang, Tilia (stir-fried) 1 liang, Prunus mume seeds (skin and tips removed, ground) 1 liang, Aged tangerine peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, then dried) 1 liang, Mulberry root bark (chopped, stir-fried) 1 liang,White Tribulus (roasted) 1 liang,Gaobin (with stems and soil removed) half liang, Kelp (washed to remove salt, then baked) half liang, Euphorbia (roasted) half liang, Stephania half liang, Lepidium (roasted) half liang, Parkia (roasted) half liang, Euphorbia (roasted) half liang, Apricot Kernels (with skin, tip, and double kernels removed, then roasted) half liang, Areca Nuts (steamed, then chopped) 7 pieces.

Instructions for Use

Take 4 qian per dose, add 1.5 zhan of water and 1 piece of ginger the size of a jujube (crushed), decoct together until reduced to 8 fen, strain, and take warm on an empty stomach three times daily. Continue until bowel movements occur.
