In women, if the lower abdomen feels full and hard like a lump, urination is slightly difficult but there is no thirst, and this occurs after childbirth, it indicates that both fluid and blood have congealed in the blood chamber.For irregular menstruation; urinary retention in both men and women accompanied by lower abdominal distension and pain; or urinary toxicity with stagnation, such as syphilitic dysuria causing unbearable lower abdominal distension and pain, with urine containing pus and blood. For abdominal distension caused by internal obstruction of stagnant blood and retention of fluid, presenting as a distended, hard, and full abdomen; distended and bulging vessels; throbbing pain in the flanks and abdomen; difficult bowel movements; scanty and difficult urination; no thirst; and a dark tongue with a white coating.

Instructions for Use
Boil 3 sheng of water until reduced to 1 sheng, then take the entire dose at once. The blood should be expelled immediately.
