8 liang of Poria, 8 liang of white mung beans (roasted and hulled), 8 liang of Chinese yam (roasted), 8 liang of lotus seeds (de-seeded), 8 liang of euryale seeds (hulled and thoroughly roasted),4 liang of barley malt (roasted), 4 liang of amomum (roasted), 2 liang of Guangpi (dried tangerine peel), 4 liang of licorice (roasted), and 5 sheng of rice (half glutinous rice, half late-harvest rice; roast until deep yellow, then grind into powder together with the above ingredients).
