Drug Formulation

Ephedra (knots removed), dried Pueraria root, Asarum, Magnolia bark (processed with ginger, stir-fried), Poria, Stephania, Fructus Aurantii (stir-fried with wheat bran, seeds removed), Cinnamon bark, Notopterygium, Saposhnikovia (branches removed),Bupleurum, Scutellaria, Polygala (i.e., Polygala seedlings), white ginger (roasted), Pinellia (washed in boiling water to remove slipperiness), licorice, and Ophiopogon (core removed)—each in equal parts.

Instructions for Use

Take 4 daqian per dose, boil with 1.5 zhan of water, add 3 slices of ginger and 1 jujube, reduce to 7 fen, strain, and take on an empty stomach.
