Drug Formulation

Half liang of ox bile and Pinellia, 2 qian of cinnabar, 2 qian of Fangfeng, and 1 zi of musk.

Processing

Mix the above ingredients with the bile of a yellow ox from the twelfth lunar month and powdered Pinellia to form cakes; hang them in a drafty place for 49 days. Grind the mixture into a fine powder, then soak it in ox gallbladder decoction to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
