1 sheng of raw Dan Zhu Ru, 5 he of Ophiopogon tuber, 1 liang of licorice, 5 he of wheat, 3 liang of fresh ginger, and 14 jujubes.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely chop the ingredients. Boil the bamboo shavings and wheat in 1 dou of water until reduced to 8 sheng; strain out the residue. Then add the remaining herbs and boil until reduced to 1 sheng; strain again. Divide into 2 doses; for the frail, divide into 3 doses. If ginseng is available, add 1 liang; if not, adding 1.5 liang of Poria is also effective.
