Leaves of the Bodhi plant, Thousand-Needle Grass, Sour Grass Seeds, and Ground Ivy—all in equal parts (air-dried).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.

Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with plain hot water, and take it warm after meals.
