Qianzi, Earthworm (roasted, soil removed), Wulingzhi (stones removed), Tiantai Wuyao, White Frankincense (ground separately), Weilingxian (stem removed, washed), Papaya (seeds removed), Red Adzuki Beans (roasted), Black Beans (raw, hulled),Tianxian藤 (washed), Huai Wu (roasted, skin removed), Wu Jia Pi (washed), Mu Bie Zi (shell and oil removed), Cang Zhu (soaked in rice washing water overnight, peeled, chopped, and roasted), Jiao Hong (seeds and fused parts removed; roasted until sweating; cover with a bowl to collect the red residue)—all in equal parts.
