Drug Formulation

1 fen of Coptis powder, 7 apricot kernels (remove skin, tip, and double kernels; finely ground), 1 piece of realgar (pea-sized; ground), 1 piece of frankincense (black bean-sized; ground), 1 zi of verdigris (calcined),1 qian bi of talcum powder (ground), 3 wen of ancient green copper coins (soaked with the other ingredients), half a qian bi of borneol (ground), half a qian bi of talc (ground), and half a qian bi of mugwort ash (ground).

Processing

Except for the three ancient copper coins, grind all the above ingredients into a fine powder. Place the powder and the ancient coins inside a cotton pouch and soak in well water for 21 days.
