Cardamom (baked in flour) and cloves (unroasted), each in equal parts.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with jujube pulp boiled in ginger juice to form pills the size of small red beans.
Take 30–40 pills per dose, washed down with rice water before meals.
