Drug Formulation

16 liang of Atractylodes lancea (roasted), 16 liang of Schizonepeta spica, 16 liang of Chinese yam, 16 liang of bee nest (roasted), 16 liang of Tribulus terrestris, 32 liang of Strychnos nux-vomica (roasted, hair removed),8 liang of Acacia flowers (roasted), 8 liang of Pangolin scales (roasted), 8 liang of Coptis, 8 liang of Hedgehog skin (blanched), and 16 liang of Sophora root.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, sift through a sieve, and mix with cold boiled water to form small pills. For every 16 liang of the mixture, use 4 liang of fine talc powder as a coating, and polish until glossy.
