8 liang of Sichuan Aconite, 8 liang of Naoyanghua, 4 liang of Sichuan Tortoise Shell, 8 liang of Wild Aconite, and 4 liang of Human Hair.

Processing

Soak the above herbs in 3 jin of sesame oil for 7 days in spring and autumn, 10 days in winter, and 3 days in summer. Stir continuously with acacia or willow twigs over heat until the oil is reduced to a black residue. Filter through a palm fiber sieve to remove the dregs; the purified oil is ready for use.For every 6 liang of medicinal oil, add 1 jin of rosin (which should be melted the day before, filtered to remove impurities, allowed to cool, crushed, mixed with scallion and ginger broth, and sun-dried). Simmer the mixture until a drop of the liquid forms a bead when dropped into water. Pour it into a water vat to remove the heat toxicity, then transfer it to a porcelain container and soak it in clean water.

Instructions for Use

To use, first roast pigeon droppings and wheat bran until dry; mix with hot vinegar and apply to the affected area. Once dry, remove the previous application and apply the ointment.

Do not expose the plaster to fire while applying it.
