Processing

Grind the above ingredients very finely in a damp mortar, spread the paste thinly over the bottom of a bowl, and fumigate it with mugwort smoke until dry; then grind it into a very fine powder.

Mix with breast milk from a newborn infant to form a paste-like consistency, filter through cotton, and apply as eye drops.
