Drug Formulation

5 qian of Scutellaria baicalensis, 1 pair of geji (washed, soaked in wine and vinegar, then roasted until yellow), 5 qian of Ephedra (with roots and nodes intact), 5 qian of Coptis chinensis, 5 qian of Gentiana macrophylla (without the root stalk),Artemisia annua 5 qian, Ginseng 5 qian, Bupleurum (root and nodes removed) 5 qian, Licorice (raw) 5 qian, Raw Rehmannia (soaked in wine and washed) 5 qian, Prepared Rehmannia (washed with wine) 5 qian, Anemarrhena (hairs removed, washed with wine) 5 qian, Fritillaria 5 qian, Apricot Kernels (skin and tips removed, double kernels, roasted, ground separately) 5 qian,Soft-shelled Turtle Carapace 1 liang (roasted with wine and ghee), Platycodon Root 2 qian 5 fen, Gentiana Root 2 qian 5 fen, Wood Fragrance 2 qian 5 fen.
