Drug Formulation

15 g Huai yam, 9 g Huai achyranthes, 12 g processed Polygonum multiflorum, 6 g cornelian cherry flesh, 6 g raw Atractylodes macrocephala, 9 g well-processed Rehmannia glutinosa, 3 g Amomum villosum, 6 g Western codonopsis, 9 g Poria cocos, 6 g whole Angelica sinensis, 15 g left oyster shell, 15 g raw turtle shell, 3 large red dates, 15 g black sesame seeds.

Instructions for Use

Each morning and evening, dissolve 4.5g in hot water. Simultaneously, take 9g of fried Astragalus and 5 large red dates; boil them in water until concentrated, then consume the entire decoction—including the liquid and dates—in one dose, once daily.
