4 liang of ginseng, 4 liang of prepared rehmannia root, 6 liang of goji berries, 6 liang of ophiopogon tuber, 1 jin of white poria, 1 jin of angelica root, and 1 jin of epimedium leaves (hairs removed, mixed with wine and steamed).
