2 qian of Angelica sinensis, 4 qian of Hangzhou-grown white peony root, 3 qian of Atractylodes macrocephala, 2 qian of Bupleurum, 3 qian of Poria cocos, 1 qian of licorice, 1 liang of wheat (or 6 qian of wheat malt), and 3 jujubes.
