Flaxseeds (preferably red and flat; grind separately) 5 liang, White Angelica 2 liang, Polygonum multiflorum 2 liang, Fangfeng 2 liang, Schisandra berries 1 liang 5 qian, Chrysanthemum flowers 1 liang, Cimicifuga 2 liang, Wilfordia 2 liang, Sophora flavescens (wine-fried) 3 liang,Chuan Danggui 2 liang, Chuanxiong 2 liang (wine-fried), Arctium lappa seeds 2 liang (lightly roasted, ground separately), Tribulus terrestris 3 liang, Schizonepeta spikelets 2 liang, Peppermint leaves 2 liang, sliced Scutellaria baicalensis 2 liang, Paeonia lactiflora (wine-fried) 2 liang, Coptis chinensis (wine-processed for 1 day, then fried) 2 liang.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose, taken on an empty stomach. From the Autumnal Equinox to the Vernal Equinox, mix with white wine; from the Vernal Equinox to the Autumnal Equinox, mix with clear tea. Alternatively, make into fine pills using rice paste and take with plain hot water on an empty stomach.
