Instructions for Use

Take 5 qian per dose; add 3 zhan of water and a small amount of chopped茅根; decoct together until reduced to 1.5 zhan; strain; add a small amount of芒消; bring to a boil three times; divide into two warm doses; take one dose on an empty stomach; if two meals have passed, take the second dose; a mild laxative effect is the desired outcome.
