Thorn 2 liang, Asparagus Root (core removed) 2 liang, Dried Ginger 2 liang, Dodder Seed 2 liang, Aconite Root (roasted) 2 liang, Small Grass 2 liang, Fang Kui 2 liang, Dioscorea 2 liang, Stone Dragon Root 2 liang,2 liang of Goji Berries, 2 liang of Morinda Root, 2 liang of Smilax Rhizome, 2 liang of Asarum Root, 2 liang of Aster Root, 2 liang of Dendrobium, 2 liang of Magnolia Bark (roasted), 2 liang of Achyranthes Root, and 2 liang of Cinnamon Bark.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with equal parts honey and egg white to form pills the size of a tung tree seed.
