Drug Formulation

1 liang of Jiaxiang, 1 liang of rhino horn shavings, 1 liang of Belamcanda, 1 liang of Wood Fragrance, 1 liang of Incense, 1 liang of Cloves, 1 liang of Coptis, 1 liang of Sichuan Cimicifuga, 1 liang of softshell turtle shell (coated with vinegar and roasted until yellow; remove the frills),1 liang of oyster shell (calcined to a powder), 1 liang of antelope horn shavings, 1 liang of licorice (roasted until slightly reddish, then coarsely chopped), 1 liang of Scutellaria baicalensis, 1 liang of Phellodendron bark (coarsely chopped), and 1 fen of Evodia fruit (soaked in boiling water 7 times, dried in an oven, then lightly roasted).

Instructions for Use

For poisoning by the arrow-toad and other toxins, take 1 qian per dose, washed down with water, three times daily. Additionally, mix the powder with egg white and apply it to the affected area.
