Processing

Steam the black plums until soft, then pound them into a paste and remove the pits. Grind the remaining herbs into a fine powder, mix thoroughly with the black plum paste, dry in the sun, grind the mixture into a fine powder again, and mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a water caltrop.
